STROKE IMPROVEMENT AND REFINEMENT
Focuses on stroke advancement and the refinement of swimming
skills. Swimmers will master front and back crawl, elementary
backstroke, fundamental sidestroke breaststroke, introductory diving,
treading water, swimming underwater, the butterfly kick, open turns
and water safety.
Prerequisite: Swimmer must have passed Level 3.
