The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was funded using stimulus funds provided to the City in 2008 and 2009. These funds have expired and the programs are no longer available.
The primary goal of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was to provide emergency assistance for the redevelopment of abandoned and foreclosed homes and residential properties. The City of Ontario received a formula allocation of $2,738,309 in NSP funds.
