SOLID WASTE HOLIDAY REFUSE AND RECYCLING SCHEDULE
In Observance of the holdays listed below, refuse and recycling collection will be provided one day later than your normal pickup day for the remainder of the week.

The Solid Waste Department's Refuse & Recycling Planning Manual [PDF] assists Developers in meeting the City of Ontario's requirements on Refuse and Recycling storage and access for service, as well as addressing the City's Recycling Goals.
This directory provides contact information of local and regional sources for recycling and hazardous waste disposal.
Effective January 1, 2012, AB341 mandates recycling for businesses that produce four or more cubic feet of solid waste per week and multi-family dwellings of five units or more.
Effective April 1, 2016, AB1826 mandates organics recycling for qualifying businesses.
