Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month!
Each year, the U.S. commemorates National Hispanic Heritage Month, from September 15 through October 15, by celebrating the histories, cultures and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Join the celebration by participating at the Ontario Museum of History & Art’s programming throughout the months of September and October!

Community Altar Workshop: The Women of Ontario

Contribute to the Museum’s community altar dedicated to the Women of Ontario, as part of the annual Día de los Muertos exhibition. Artist Reception for Día de los Muertos: Seasons of Life
Saturday, October 8, 2016 (1:00 PM to 3:00 PM)
Celebrate the opening of the annual exhibition Día de los Muertos, showcasing contemporary work in painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography, ofrendas (altars), and the winners from the city-wide Mask Making Contest!  Meet the artists, enjoy live music, and participate in a drop-in workshop. Film Screening: Zootopia
