Fatal Traffic Collision

On Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 12:50 a.m., a fatal traffic collision occurred when a motorcycle struck a car at Milliken Ave and the I-10 Freeway. The driver of the black GSXR1000 had been going southbound on Milliken Ave, in excess of 100 miles per hours, when he hit the broadside of a 1991 Toyota Corolla who was lawfully turning to enter the freeway. Due to the impact, the motorcyclist was ejected from his motorcycle and he died at the scene. The other driver of the car declined medical aid, was cooperative with investigators, and was not determined to be under the influence.

The formal identification of the motorcyclist will be provided by the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office. For further information regarding the pursuit by Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Department Deputies, please contact the San Bernardino County Sheriff- Sheriff’s Public Affairs Division at (909) 387-3700.
