Ontario Police have arrested a man for making criminal threats against a local high school.

Police were notified earlier this morning about a man who was making a threat to do harm to Ontario High School on a social media account. An acquaintance of the man saw the post and notified police of the pending threat. Investigators immediately began working the case and identified Julio Cesar Medina, age 23 of Ontario, as the person responsible for the post.

Ontario, CA - Ontario Police are investigating a shooting that led to the death of a 19-year-old Perris man, in the 100 block of West B St.

Police were called to the scene of the shooting Saturday night at 11:13 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Ontario Fire Department. Two additional shooting victims were later identified with non-life threatening injuries.
