The Ontario Wellness Center – Phase I is officially open!
More than just a building, the Ontario Wellness Center (OWC) is a safe, welcoming space rooted in dignity, healing, and second chances for our unhoused neighbors.
Our Homeless Division works tirelessly to build trust and connect even the hardest-to-reach individuals to shelter and support. We are proud to continue this impactful work alongside Symba, our service operator, whose innovative model integrates health and wellness with wraparound supportive services to help individuals stabilize and thrive.
All referrals to OWC are made directly through our City CET Officers and City Case Managers, who are building meaningful relationships with individuals experiencing street-level homelessness. This effort reflects our City’s ongoing commitment to addressing homelessness while improving quality of life for the entire community.
If you are experiencing homelessness in the City of Ontario and need resources, please call (909) 395-2890
