Pay Your Fines

Use the city's online payment portal to pay for your library fines and fees. 

Online Payment Portal
 

1. Login with your library card number and PIN.
   (PIN hint: last 4 digits of phone number for adults and 4-digit birth year for minors)
2. Click on “Show More Results” to see all charges.
3. Select the charges you want to pay and add them to your cart. When the “Add to Cart” option is clicked, a partial payment box will appear, and you may manually enter your desired amount for each charge.
4. Click on “Checkout", a note in red will say that a 2.9% service fee will apply to all online credit card transactions. This does not apply to library fines/charges.
5. Select "Credit Card" or "e-Check".
6. Complete all fields in the payment window and click on “Pay”. 

You will receive a receipt via email, and the payment(s) will be reflected on your library card account(s).
