Rise Literacy Services

Our literacy service, Rise, offers youth and adults free tutoring in reading and writing skills. Reading isn't just essential to learning, it builds confidence, opens career opportunities, and even helps reduce stress. To improve your reading and writing skills, please email Rise@OntarioCA.gov or call 909–395–2207 for youth and 909–395–2205 for adults.

Rise for Grades K - 6

We offer programs to strengthen reading skills and a free tutoring service for those needing extra help. Children struggling to read before third grade often face challenges in other subjects and are more likely to drop out of school. Let us help!

Rise for Adults

We offer free tutoring services to help develop reading, writing and comprehension skills. Tutoring sessions are held virtually or in person at times convenient for both the learner and tutor. We encourage adults at all levels to explore our service.
