Ontario Police investigators are seeking the public’s help in an ongoing investigation of a shooting that occurred in the 100 block of West Caroline Court on Saturday, May 25th, 2019.
The victim of the shooting was identified as a 17-year-old recent Montclair High School graduate, who attended a graduation party along with his classmates and friends.

Ontario Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 100 block of West Caroline Court, in the City of Ontario.
Police were called to the scene of the shooting at a party early this morning at approximately 12:51 AM. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim with an apparent gun shot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital for his injuries. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival and has not been identified. Ontario, Calif. — May is National Bicycle Safety Month and the Ontario Police Department encourages drivers and bicyclists to share the road safely not just for the month of May, but every month of the year.

Ontario, Calif. – From May 20 to June 2, the Ontario Police Department will have additional officers on patrol looking for drivers and passengers who are not buckled up, including drivers who do not secure children in child safety seats. The enforcement effort is part of the national Click It or Ticket campaign focused on increasing seat belt use.
