The City of Ontario is conducting a telephone survey to gather community input and get a pulse on what is most important to residents.
The survey will begin Tuesday, March 26 and will continue through April.
This is a vital step in setting goals and priorities for public safety, arts & culture, street maintenance, housing, economic development, parks/open space, land use/development and other City services.
The survey will be conducted in both English and Spanish. Residents will be selected at random and are encouraged to participate in helping the City Council drive the future of the City of Ontario.
The City has contracted with the Rose Institute of Claremont McKenna College who will be partnering with Interviewing Service of America (ISA) to conduct the survey. ISA will be reaching out to randomly selected residents in order to reach the diverse demographic of the City of Ontario. Random sampling assists in producing a higher probability that the sample gathered truly reflects the overall rating that residents hold on services.
For more information about the survey, email city staff at [email protected] or call (909) 395-2452.
