STROKE DEVELOPMENT
Swimmers work on proper freestyle, backstroke, side-breathing
techniques and endurance. Introducing the compact dive, breaststroke,
dolphin kicks, treading and retrieving objects from deeper water
prepares swimmers for Level 4 deep water lessons.
Prerequisite: Swimmer must have passed Level 2.
