To Provide Public Comment: 

In Person: To address the Board in person, please arrive early to fill out a blue comment card. Comment cards must be turned in prior to public comment beginning or before an agenda item is taken up. The Secretary will not accept comment cards after that time. 

Online: To submit written public comments online, please email foarc1630@gmail.com. The public comment submission window opens at the time the agenda is published and remains open until 4:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting. All comments received during the public comment submission window will be provided to the Board for consideration before action is taken on the matter and will be entered into the record. 

Mail:  To submit your comments by mail, provide your name, agenda item you are commenting on, and your comments by mailing to Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire ATTN: FOARC, 1630 Shearwater St., Ontario, CA 91761. Comments by mail must be received no later than 4:00 PM on the day before the meeting. Postmarks are not accepted. All comments received by the deadline will be provided to the Board and entered into the permanent record.

Please note, residents have the option of mailing/emailing comments, filling out a blue comment card and speaking at the meeting in person, or both. However, mailing/emailing a comment does not replace the blue comment card if you wish to address the Board in person.
