The Administration Department is responsible for preparing the Agency’s annual budget, overseeing the daily business transactions, purchasing supplies and equipment, and contract management.

The Design & Construction Department facilitates the project management for multi-faceted City projects.

The Engineering Department serves the needs of the citizens of Ontario by overseeing, planning, designing, and implementing infrastructure projects in the public right-of-way.

The Integrated Waste Department is committed to providing reliable, timely, safe, and affordable refuse collection services to the residents and businesses in the City of Ontario.

The Municipal Services Department maintains the City's fleet and provides maintenance and custodial services for all City facilities.

The Parks and Streets Maintenance Department oversees the maintenance of City parks, trees, and streets. Additional services include street sweeping, mulch giveaways, and graffiti removal.
