The Land Development section of the Engineering Department is responsible for the orderly subdivision of land and development of all public infrastructure and improvements associated with new development within the public right-of-way. These improvements might include but are not limited to public streets, traffic control, potable and recycled water lines, sanitary sewer systems, and storm drains.
