The Integrated Waste Department is committed to providing reliable, timely, safe, and affordable refuse collection services to the residents and businesses in the City of Ontario.

Calendar Year 2025 Metrics

The Integrated Waste Department is committed to keeping the City of Ontario clean by performing various waste pick ups and hosting quarterly drop-off clean up events throughout the year. The Department also partners with the City's Debris Removal crew and Ontario Police Department to mitigate illegal dumping in the City. This year, the Integrated Waste Department serviced a total of 4,700 illegal dumping sites and purchased a grappler truck to service larger operations.
