About Ontario Motor Speedway Park:

Named after the Ontario Motor Speedway, which closed in the 1980s.  Chevron then purchased it in December 1980 and it went defunct with no more races after 1980. Ontario Motor Speedway Park is located within the boundaries of the Chevron Center project.  Completed in 1990, Ontario Motor Speedway Park is a joint-use facility, a park/school complex and features typical neighborhood park accoutrements and equipment.
