Ontario, CA (March 13, 2018) – The City of Ontario mourns the loss of Development Director Hassan Haghani who passed away unexpectedly this week.
Haghani served as Development Director for the City of Ontario since July of 2017. In the short time he was with the City, Haghani had already made a lasting impact on the direction of development in the City and the lives of other City employees.
“Hassan will be missed for all of the talents and gifts he brought to our organization as well as his wit, compassion and friendship,” said City Manager Scott Ochoa.
Haghani had also worked for the cities of Santa Ana, Glendale, South Pasadena, West Hollywood, and Los Angeles before coming to Ontario. His dedication to public service will be widely missed across the entire region.
Ontario’s thoughts and prayers are with Hassan’s family and friends at this time.
