The City of Ontario announced a partnership with Nextdoor (www.nextdoor.com), the free, private social network for neighborhoods that builds stronger, safer communities with the help of residents. Growing up in the barrios of Los Angeles, Luis succumbed at a young age to the pressures of gang life.
