Student Representative Wanted!

The City of Ontario is now accepting applications for the non-voting Student Representative position and Alternate to our Recreation and Park Commission beginning April 1! This is an excellent opportunity for Ontario teens to become involved in local government and impact decisions affecting Recreation and Parks within our City. The Student Representative and Alternate will serve a 1-year term from July 1, 2021 - June 20, 2022. The duties will include attending regular and special meetings of the Recreation and Parks Commission. The student shall express opinions and participate in discussions regarding matters that affect recreation and park programs and facilities in Ontario.
