The Ontario Police Department has arrested seven additional suspects believed to be involved in a gang related shooting, which occurred on February 17, 2021, in the 1500 N. block of Solano Avenue, Ontario. These arrests are the result of a joint effort with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tabaco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the United States Marshal Service Fugitive Taskforce, the Pasadena Police Department, and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).

Ontario Police have arrested a man for a homicide that occurred last night in the City of Ontario, Ca.

January 24, 2022, at approximately 11:24 PM, Ontario Police responded to the 1700 block of East D Steet for a call of a possible shooting. The suspect, Gilbert Conorquie, a 31-year-old North Hollywood resident, was involved in an altercation with the victim in front of a residence. During the altercation, Conorquie shot the victim multiple times and fled the scene.

Ontario Police Officer’s along with an Agent from the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) have cited (2) clerks for selling or serving alcohol to minors on January 19, 2022. The actions were the result of a minor decoy operation in which minors under the direct supervision of a peace officer, attempted to purchase alcohol from (13) retail licensees in the City of Ontario, Ca.

The City of Ontario is pleased to announce the next citywide yard (garage) sale weekend is Friday, February 4, 2022, through Sunday, February 6, 2022. If rainy conditions exist on that Friday or Saturday, an alternate yard sale may be held on February 11, 12, and 13, 2022.

The Ontario Police Department has arrested suspect Nicholas Urrutia, who is believed to be responsible for a homicide that occurred at a bar in the 1200 block of N. Vineyard Ave.

On December 28, 2021, at approximately 12:30 AM, Urrutia and the victim engaged in an argument which escalated into a physical fight. During the fight, Urrutia stabbed the victim multiple times. Urrutia fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival.
